Refund policy

Since these eatables are packed hygienically, we will not be able to replace them once they are opened. Request you to check the supplies while receiving for any damage to the package. If it is damaged, raise your queries within 24 hrs of delivery, and we will try to address your concern in the best possible manner.

You, as a customer, can cancel your order only before it is dispatched for delivery and all refunds related to this will be initiated from our side within 48hrs and the amount will be credited back to the customer account within 5-7 working days.

All order Refunds for any such cancellation before order delivery can only be done through wallet/UPI/Bank transfer.
